Prices include taxes, airport parking, tolls and waiting time (up to 1 hour), prices do not include gratuities "Meet & Greet" service is provided to all pick ups from airport Baby seats and child boosters are provided on request free of charge Sunday service or night service is provided without an extra fee (*) - Some hotels in the city centre have a difficult access (narrow canal), in this case there is an extra charge to get to the door of the hotel VeniceCab does not accept any responsibility in the way if you miss your flight for whatever reason (traffic delays, accidents, severe weather conditions, breakdown or any other unforeseen circumstances)

Does VeniceCab provide for the safety of babies and children? - Yes. VeniceCab provides a baby seat and/or child booster upon request for free Will I be charged waiting time if my flight is delayed? - No! Please contact us if extra time is required Which is the cancellation policy? - We accept cancellations up to 24 hours prior to departure time at no cost. Cancellation must be done by e-mail In Venice are you able to drop us off and pick us up at the door of the hotel? - Yes, if the hotel has a private deck for water taxis. In case of high level of the tide in Venice island (> 80cm) sometimes it's not possible to get with the water taxi to the door of the hotel. Same in case of exceptional events (gondolas traffic jams, very low tide, special events, etc.) |
